Cultivating Corporate Creativity
Originality and imagination cannot be outsourced, big-picture thinking does not come from the latest software and innovation cannot be extracted from a database.
These creative abilities will be essential for thriving in the global economy. When cultivated, they are the foundations of inventive companies who lead the market.
The Arts & Business Council of Greater Philadelphia and Towers Perrin, in partnership with the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, will take you beyond all the talk about innovation, and will provide you with stories of what’s happening here in our region and strategies you can take back to the office to help you foster a more creative environment in your organization.

In 2007, the Council and Towers Perrin launched this initiative to explore the concept of creativity in the workplace. At this event, Tammy Mattson, Managing Partner of Towers Perrin will discuss the new research done to see where Greater Philadelphia measures up on a national level as a place that fosters creativity and innovation. We will share the findings and help educate business leaders about the successful drivers that differentiate the successful companies from the ones that lag behind.

• How smart companies are using the arts – such as design and storytelling– to pull ahead of the competition
• The six essential right-brain aptitudes that determine who moves forward and who falls behind
