Internships

We invite you to apply for internships on a rolling basis. In addition to individual internships, the Arts & Business Council works with several educational institutions that require internships for school credit, including (but not limited to) the Philadelphia Center, the Art Institute of Philadelphia and Drexel University.

Internships

  • Internships are usually on a part-time basis, and scheduling can be crafted to coincide with regular school and/or work schedules.
  • Interns are given specific areas of responsibilities tailored to abilities and interests.
  • Additional assignments include general database administration, filing, phone and other general administrative duties. Training is provided.
  • Technology internships are also available for qualified candidates. Knowledge of coding languages and graphic applications is key.
  • Individual applicants (not affiliated with an educational institution) are required to commit at least 3 months at 20 hours a week.
  • Internships are unpaid.

If you are interested in an internship with the Philadelphia Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, please contact Miriam K. Hohag, Esq., Interim Program Director. We are no longer accepting applications for summer 2009.
