The annual registration fee of $45 is for unlimited number of requests during the program year July - June. This registration expires each year on June 30, the end of the Council's program year, and is not refundable nor transferable to the next program year. A request is defined as one event that may contain multiple dates and volunteer opportunities during the one event.

Recipients of PNC Arts Alive grants are invited to take advantage of Business On Call services for the 2009-2010 season at no charge.
