An average of two Technology Connectors professionals will be working with you to develop a technology plan. We suggest that you dedicate a minimum of two staff people to work with our technology professionals and also consider a key board member who can champion the plan at the board level.

The project will include attending one kick-off meeting, two to three scheduled workshops, and working one-on-one with a Technology Connectors Project Leader and possibly other technology professionals for the duration of the planning project.

In addition to the workshops, the Project Leader will commit 5-10 hours per month working with your key people on this project.
