Program Fee Structure
TECHNOLOGY READINESS
Technology Readiness focuses on the assessment of the existing technology infrastructure (hardware, software, and communications) for the development of a roadmap for technology improvement that is in alignment with business goals.
PROJECT FEES
- $100 for organizations with budgets between $500K and $1 million
- $150 for organizations with budgets ≥ $1 million
STRATEGIC TECHNOLOGY PLANNING
Organizations that have completed Technology Readiness or have a stable, current technology infrastructure in place, work to develop a comprehensive plan that aligns Information Technology as a critical business function with the organizations business goals. Technology Connector volunteers work collaboratively with arts and cultural organizations’ technology leadership and senior level staff to develop a detailed plan for the deployment and maintenance of technology to achieve stated business goals.
PROJECT FEES
- $150 for organizations with budgets between $500K and $1 million
- $250 for organizations with budgets ≥ $1 million
We encourage you to complete Technology Readiness before starting Strategic Technology Planning. We offer a $50 discount on Strategic Technology Planning projects that begin within 6 months of completing a Technology Readiness project.
TECHNOLOGY IMPLEMENTATION
Technology Implementation Involves the planning and execution of a specific technology driven project that has been defined within the Strategic Technology Plan. Activities may include requirements definition, software/vendor evaluation and selection, project planning and implementation oversight.
PROJECT FEES
- $150 for organizations with budgets between $500K and $1 million
- $250 for organizations with budgets ≥ $1 million
Technology Implementation Projects are available only to organizations that have already completed a Strategic Technology Planning project.
