Request Project Support

Does your organization need a skilled professional technology volunteer to lend hands-on consultation for a well-defined project, such as:

  • Networking
  • Database development
  • Website development
  • Technology and telecommunications needs assessments
  • General consultations and recommendations

How to Request Technology Support

  • Apply online. Once we receive your application, we will contact you to help assess your needs and determine the scope of a project solution.
  • We will then match you with a qualified technology professional who will best meet your organization's technology project needs.
  • An placement fee of $75 for organizations with operating budgets under $1million and $125 for organizations with budgets $1 million or more, is due only when your organization is matched with a volunteer.
  • Along with your technology project, your application fee will also give you an automatic 1-year subscription to our help-desk program.
  • The assigned technology volunteer will dedicate 5-10 hours per month during the project's duration, defined at outset.
  • Your organization is responsible for any hard costs of the project (e.g., hardware, software), but many discounts and special offers are available and many volunteers can help identify the most affordable options and vendors.
  • A final project report (online form) is requested from your organization to help strengthen our program.
